PLMS Implementation Feedback
Now that the Prostheses List management System (PLMS) has been in place for a full listing cycle we are keen to hear your feedback. The department has developed a ‘PLMS Implementation Feedback Form’ which will provide you with the opportunity to comment on the new online application system. The online feedback tool incorporates both ‘yes / no’ (or ‘tick a box’) type questions, comment type questions or a combination of both.
The MTAA recently provided feedback on the PLMS which has been very useful. The feedback form provides an opportunity for all sponsors to provide feedback and offer suggestions. It also explores in a bit more detail, some of the issues which have already been raised; and / or make suggestions about future enhancements of the PLMS.
Accessing the Feedback Form
The feedback form can be accessed online at the following link: PLMS Feedback . It will be available from Wednesday 17 August 2016.
One consolidated response from each sponsor or stakeholder is preferred. Please liaise within your organisation to obtain your colleagues input where required.
It is not necessary to identify the sponsor or organisation for the purpose of feedback so no names are required. However, we do ask that each organisation only fill the form in once.
The feedback form will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete and we hope that as many sponsors as possible will take the time to provide feedback and suggestions.
Timeline for Feedback
The online feedback form will be available for approximately three weeks from the time of release, closing on Wednesday 7 September 2016. As such we would ask sponsors not to delay providing feedback on the PLMS to ensure that we receive your views.
Any queries regarding this matter should be directed to Prostheses Section or the Prostheses Hotline on (02) 6289 9463.
