Supply and Pathology Analysis of Faecal Occult Blood Test Supplies and Services for the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program.
The Department of Health and Ageing (the Department) released a Request for Tender (RFT) in December 2011 to identify a Service Provider to supply Faecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT) Supplies, Pathology Analysis, and related Services to the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program for the period 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2016.
On 25 February 2013, Specialist Diagnostic Services Pty Ltd (trading as Dorevitch Pathology) was awarded the contract for these services. The company will supply the Program with an immunochemical FOBT called the Magstream HemSp with new Hemtube (B).
